Value Add
We specialize in value add real estate. We are currently focused on self storage and developing further value add strategies.
$1M-$5M
We typically look for single asset acquisitions between $1million and $5million. We can pursue larger transactions for multi-property opportunities.
Existing Assets
We pursue existing assets that we can improve and force appreciation through more sophisticated management or capital improvements.
Location
We are focused on America’s heartland. We actively invest in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, and Missouri. We will also invest in adjoining states but avoid coastal markets.
